Debugging

Installation precautions

1. The valve should not be bumped during transportation to avoid damaging the sealing surface.

2. Valves should be stored in a cool and dry place for a long time, and should not be stacked or stacked.

3. Before installing the valve, the following work should be carried out:

(1) Wipe off any dirt attached to the valve;

(2) Verify whether the working conditions match the pressure resistance, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance of the valve;

(3) Check that all fasteners of the valve are not loose or damaged;

(4) Manual opening and closing of valves should be flexible and free of jamming;

(5) Valves opened and closed with handles should be checked for damage to the positioning plate. When opening and closing, the positioning claw should be removed from the positioning plate before opening and closing operations can be carried out.

5, Maintenance instructions

1. Regular inspections should be conducted on the joints and air pipes of the control air circuit to check for any leaks, and any leaks should be promptly resolved.

2. Strengthen the management of gas source purification projects, promptly remove condensate from filters, and ensure that the gas supply pressure is not lower than the specified value.

3. During maintenance, the air source filter should be cleaned to prevent excessive accumulation of impurities that may affect the normal operation of other accessories.
