Single port automatic exhaust valve mainly consists of valve body, valve, upper cover, valve stem, float ball, exhaust nozzle, etc. Used on small diameter pipes (pipes are φ 50-200), as the exhaust function of the pipeline, it prevents the pipeline from being closed or obstructed. If the water pump loses power, negative pressure may occur in the pipeline at any time. Automatic suction can protect the safety of the pipeline. Applicable to water and hot water pipelines with a temperature not exceeding 100 ℃, allowing all air inside the pipeline to be discharged. Install a dual port exhaust valve, and be sure to install a protective valve and ball valve underneath to avoid water interruption during inspection. When it is necessary to discharge gas from the pipeline, the air inside the pipeline enters the body cavity under the pressure of water and is discharged through the exhaust nozzle. Then, the water in the pipeline fills the body cavity, causing the floating ball to move upward under the buoyancy of water and block the exhaust nozzle, achieving self sealing. During normal operation of the pipeline, the air in the water is continuously discharged into the upper part of the exhaust valve body cavity under the pressure, forcing the floating ball to descend and leave the original sealing position. At this time, the air is discharged from the exhaust nozzle, and the floating ball returns to its original position and self sealing. Therefore, the exhaust valve is always open during normal operation, and the floating ball repeatedly repeats the above action, and the air is continuously discharged. When maintenance or cleaning of the body cavity is required, the valve should be closed.
